My practice focuses on eating disorders, body image and eating related issues. But, as you are probably aware, there may be other things going on as well. I also have expertise in addictions, self-harming behaviors, mood disorders, GLBT issues, stage of life transitions and creativity frustrations. Each client receives a treatment plan based on their individual needs and circumstances.

In an exciting new development in Denver, Be Yourself Counseling, LLC will become affiliated with the Eating Recovery Center, an inpatient eating disorder treatment center for adults aged 17 and older, opening in October 2008. Patients will have access to a full spectrum of services including psychiatry, nutritional counseling and dieticians, family therapy, group therapy and higher levels of care if needed.
