Online counseling is a great way to receive the help you need. You might have an inconvenient schedule, health issues that affect travel, or just want some more free time in your life to practice what we work on. Multiple studies confirm that online counseling can help make a difference a significant difference. Lastly, in this current age dealing with the pandemic can bring its own struggles. Online therapy is an effective way to address your mental health while still keeping a priority on your physical well being. 

Currently all sessions are conducted via Telehealth. Minimal in-person availability.
